Christmas Day

On Christmas Day, we left Robb and Kathy's for Grand Rapids. We picked up the other uncle Rob on our way.The boys loved the coffee table. It was a perfect height for them as they are pulling themselves up on everything these days. The glass table top was quickly covered with a blanket.
The boys were also drawn to the lamp. Jack was checking things out, potato masher in hand.

Stockings

Last night, was our family's Christmas Eve. We opened stockings and our Christmas pjs. The boys weren't as interested as we thought they might be.
After several attempts, we got a family photo at the end of our evening.

Sweater Party

On Saturday, December 13, Harden, Rod, and Jason hosted their annual Christmas Sweater Party. Moose and I missed our friends dearly so we made the trip up. The boys had a great evening with my brother Robb and his wife Kathy. Seth, Rod, Dave, Moose, and Harden

Will and Jack discovered that Magellan's food container is a great item to move around the kitchen.

They are a movin!

The boys enjoy pulling themselves up on the coffee table/Christmas tree stand. They are very curious about the presents, especially the bows.
Will and Jack are crawling at top speed these days. They like to be in the office pushing the chairs around or pulling at the computer cords. On this day, they gave Magellan a ride across the room.
Not only are they crawling everywhere, they have added avid stair climbers to their list of accomplishments.

Post-bath fight

Will does not like to leave his brother alone. After their baths, Will decides that Jack looks too comfortable wrapped up in his towel...

So he grabs his head....

Gives the Will face slam...

Bites...

Goes for the hockey jersey over the head technique...
Successfully...

Thinks he's won...

Until Jack escapes....

Jack's okay

Moose's weekend off

The weather couldn't have been nicer for Halloween. We sat on the front step as we passed out candy and watched the people go by. Will enjoying his new vantage point-the highchair.
Jack can't decided if he likes the mac & cheese or not.
Two hungry little boys waiting patiently for someone to feed them.

Halloween 2008

Last night we hurried to feed the boys before trick-or-treating started. They we put their costumes on and plucked them in the wagon (thanks to Uncle Denny and Aunt Kathy) with toys. They sat in the wagon playing and watching the trick-or-treaters all evening. Will showed off his canine powers last night.
Jack actually didn't mind the hat after a few minutes. He kept it on all night.
I am glad that I bought coats at the end of the season last year. These were only $6 each at Younkers. They are happy boys in the morning.

October pictures

Jack and Will looked too cute to pass up a picture before daycare this week. They discovered the book corner one evening. They sat their for awhile checking out the selection.
Will is on the move! He crawled into the kitchen corner by himself. Hopefully this is not a window into his future:)
The weekend after the pumpkin patches, we carved the pumpkins (way too early-they were moldy last night). The boys sat for a quick with their first pumpkins.
They are just too cute in the bathtub. Now they are flipping over on their bellies and swimming.
Moose took this close-up of Jack with Will in the background.
Jack rolled into Will's lap holding the latest toy, the remote from the portable DVD player.
